I’m Sara Muñoz, and before anything else, I’m an investor. I built my own portfolio in Spain, so I know what it takes to buy well: the numbers, the risks, the paperwork and the patience.
Today I put that experience to work for you, as an independent intermediary helping investors find the right opportunities in Spain.
My story
I grew up near Barcelona and have called Valencia home for years. I got into real estate for one reason: freedom. By 30, three properties had given me the security to choose my own path.
After years at a large agency, I wanted to work differently: more personal, more honest, more strategic. So I went independent.
As an investor myself, I look past the pretty photos for hidden potential, always with the long term in mind:

I started investing in property myself because I wanted greater financial freedom and more control over my life. Today, I use that experience, together with my local knowledge and network in Valencia, to help other investors make informed decisions and navigate the Spanish property market without having to figure everything out alone.
I want my clients to have someone they can genuinely trust on the ground, someone who knows their strategy, understands their goals and will always give them an honest opinion.
Because investing in another country shouldn’t mean investing blindly.
