1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller is the owner of Your Property Valencia (hereinafter, "the Business"), a self-employed professional.

2. What data I collect, why, and on what basis

  • Contact form. Name, email, phone (optional), what best describes you, budget (optional) and your message. I use it to answer your enquiry. Basis: your consent, and steps taken at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b).
  • Newsletter. Your email address and name, if you subscribe through the sign-up page. I use it to send you the newsletter. Basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a). You can unsubscribe at any time from any email.
  • Booking a call. If you book through Calendly, the data you enter there is processed by Calendly and shared with me so we can hold the call. Basis: steps taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b).
  • Technical data. Like any website, the hosting service receives your IP address and browser details when you visit. I do not use analytics or advertising trackers.

3. How long I keep it

Contact enquiries: for as long as needed to answer you and to deal with any follow-up, and afterwards only blocked for the legal limitation periods. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete your data.

4. Who receives your data

I do not sell your data. It is processed on my behalf by these service providers, who may process it outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards required by law (such as standard contractual clauses):

  • Netlify, which hosts this website and receives the contact form messages.
  • MailerLite, which sends the newsletter and stores the subscriber list.
  • Calendly, which handles call bookings.
  • Google, which supplies the typeface used on this website and runs the Google reviews page the site links to.

I may also share data when the law requires it.

5. Your rights

You can ask me to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format, or to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the use made of it before. Write to info@yourpropertyvalencia.com. If you think your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es.

6. Changes

I may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
